Where do I start? I guess I can say again that a Mini Franchise is really like "Renting" my company brand image. It's a turn key brand image
for your company OR you can use our brand name to create a separate image.
What I've basically done is established a company brand that does really well in the home service industry. I've worked years to create a
business model that potential customers feel comfortable working with and will pick up that phone and call us.
I've been in the carpet cleaning industry just about my entire life. Up until about 2008 I was physically cleaning carpet and trying to keep up
with all the jobs. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I couldn't clean anymore. So what I did was called up my carpet cleaning buddies in
the area to cover my jobs and we would split the money down the middle. It really worked like a charm because instead of getting 100% of 4
or 5 jobs in a day, I was able to make 50% of 20 jobs in a day (or more). Do the math and you'll see it actually turned out to be a good deal.
Now I can see that anyone who is friendly and can answer a phone can do what I do every day. I don't even answer my own phone anymore
but that's another story. The hard part has been done already. I've established the brand of a nationally known company and it's here for you
to use. You don't have to pay $30,000.00 PLUS franchise fees to get it started either. You only have to sign up for the $100.00 per month
subscription and then the sky is the limit!
I do most of the online marketing for you. You can either sit back and wait for the phone to ring or you can get to work on marketing your new
Mini Franchise yourself and make even more money. It's up to you. I even provide files for marketing materials you can use in the real world.
Either way, I still do a Mini-Website and SEO for you included in the cost.
I hope that explains it a little better. There are some day to day things that would take up too much time for me to type up here right now...I do
have some websites that need optimizing. lol. In a nut shell, it's a real company that you run and make money from your customers who need
cleaning. We just help you look good and allow potential customers to see you.
